User Agreement for TechScreen (Early Access Service)

Welcome to TechScreen!

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of TechScreen (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Early Access Disclaimer

TechScreen is currently in its Early Access (Beta) Stage, meaning:

The App is still under active development.
Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.
Some features may not function as intended.
We do not guarantee reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability.

By using this App, you acknowledge that it is a pre-release service and may contain errors or disruptions.

2. Purpose of the App

TechScreen is an AI-powered interview coaching tool designed to help users practice and improve their interview skills. It provides real-time feedback on speech, structure, and clarity to enhance performance.

The App is intended only for educational and training purposes. It is not designed to provide hidden assistance in live interviews or exams.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful and ethical purposes. You may NOT use the App to:

Mislead interviewers, recruiters, or employers.
Record or transmit audio/video without consent.
Engage in any form of fraud, deception, or unauthorized assistance.
Violate employer policies, third-party platform rules, or applicable laws.

If we suspect misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

4. User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for how you use the App.

We do not monitor, store, or control your activities.
We do not take responsibility for any employment decisions made based on App usage.
You must ensure that your use of the App complies with local laws and employer policies.

Using this App in a way that violates laws or employment policies is solely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
We are not liable for damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the App.
If the App malfunctions, causes loss of data, or is misused, we bear no responsibility.

6. Payment & Subscription

Payments are processed through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.
We do not store credit card information.

Due to the Early Access nature of the App, subscriptions may be subject to changes, modifications, or cancellation at any time.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

You violate this Agreement.
We decide to discontinue the App.

You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Changes to This Agreement

Since the App is in Early Access, we may update this Agreement frequently. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
