TechScreen Policies (Early Access Service)

1. License Agreement

We provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use TechScreen for personal interview preparation. This tool is NOT meant for real-time interviews or exams. It is designed purely for educational and training purposes.

2. User Obligations

By accessing TechScreen, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Share your login credentials with others.
  • Attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer, or tamper with the software.
  • Use the service for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the service.

3. Ownership of Content

Any content you generate using TechScreen belongs to you. However, all software, branding, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of TechScreen. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or modifications are strictly prohibited.

4. Service Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the service with prior notice. Changes may include additions, removals, or adjustments to improve functionality.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

TechScreen is provided "as is" without any warranties, either explicit or implied. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

6. Cancellation Guidelines

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be applied in the next billing cycle.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period will not be provided.
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of the subscription period.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase under the following condition:

  • Video proof must be provided showing that the software does not function on your device.

Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:

  • Software detection by screen-sharing tools.
  • Delays in AI response time.
  • Incorrect usage of the software.

To request a refund:

  • Contact support at techscreenapp@gmail.com.
  • Provide your purchase details, refund request reason, and video proof of software malfunction.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

We only store essential account information that users provide during registration. No additional data is collected or stored without user consent. AI-generated responses are not stored in our system; they are processed and managed by OpenAI.

9. Policy Updates

These policies may be revised periodically. Any updates will be posted on our official website. Continuing to use our service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
